We want you to live with your bag for a long time. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return an unused bag in its original, unmarked condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The bag must be returned with its packaging.

Numbered pieces

Because each piece is numbered to you, we ask that you choose carefully. Personalised or bespoke pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

Faults and repairs

Full-grain leather is a natural material and will develop character with use. If your bag arrives with a genuine fault, or needs attention later in its life, contact us and we will put it right. We would always rather repair a bag than see it retired.
